Key appointment for the New Zealand Rural Leaders Trust.
Lisa Edwards and the team at Decipher Group have had the privilege of partnering with Rural Leaders in the recruitment of their new CEO, James Ryan. James was appointed following an extensive nationwide search and selection process, where the strong brand of the NZRLT ensured considerable interest and engagement.
Rural Leaders has a long-standing reputation for growing leadership capability through programmes such the Nuffield and Kellogg frameworks. James, a former Kellogg Scholar, brings a strong alignment to Rural Leaders’ purpose, along with the experience and leadership qualities to continue guiding the organisation into its next chapter. We are confident his appointment will build on the legacy already in place, while opening new opportunities for growth and influence.
