A subsidiary of the Orion Group, Connetics is a multi-disciplined electrical distribution construction and maintenance business, employing 400 people across branches in Wellington, Central Otago, Westport as well as the head office and depots in Christchurch.
Connetics were looking for a senior HR leader who would take a solid lead on establishing a high-performance culture that is diverse, energetic and aligned to their ways of working.
Decipher Group was fortunate to have the opportunity to lead the executive search project for the role of Head of People and Culture at Connetics, with the appointment of Mark Lewis to the role.
An experienced and well networked people leader, featuring on the HRD Hotlist 2021/2022, Mark will be an integral asset for the business which is powering forward to a bright future.
