With experience leading and managing food processing plants in New Zealand and the UK, Mark is taking on the leadership of the high performing team at Ngāi Tahu Seafood’s Christchurch plant, enhancing operational effectiveness and the efficient processing of quality seafood.

Mark started his new position with Ngāi Tahu Seafood in July 2019.

With facilities extending across Christchurch, Bluff and Kaikoura, Ngāi Tahu Seafood continues to deliver exceptional quality seafood to international and domestic markets under its TAHU brand.
