Brackenridge Services is a not-for-profit organisation supporting over 200 children, young people and adults with diverse learning abilities, currently employing 420 staff whose mahi is underpinned by the Enabling Good Lives vision and principles.
To help them build on their successes and transform how they respond to the changing needs of their customers, Brackenridge needed an exceptional people and capability leader with purposeful leadership, and skills in formulating and executing strategy and driving exceptional results through professional best practice.
Decipher Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark O’Dwyer to the role of General Manager People and Culture. A passionate and accomplished HR leader, Mark has a solid depth of experience including roles at Environment Canterbury, Wellington City Council, Housing New Zealand Corporation, and Canterbury District Health Board.
Mark joined the team in May 2022.
