With tourism on the rise, Tourplan were expanding their team and needed a Client Experience Officer (CXO) focused on the development of global services strategies for Tourplan clients to ensure optimum client satisfaction levels.
Tourplan needed someone who understood how to combine leadership skills with a desire to provide positive client experience, driving business growth opportunities.
