St Hilda’s Collegiate School is an integrated Year 7 to 13 girls’ school located in the heart of Dunedin. A short walk from the school is their modern boarding residence ‘Tolcarne Boarding’ – an inclusive and safe living environment where students are at the centre.
Due to an internal promotion, the role of Director of Boarding for Tolcarne became available. A pivotal leadership position within the school community that offers a unique opportunity to continue building a culture of courage, authenticity and connection.
Decipher Group partnered with St Hilda’s on the search and recruitment process for this role. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Co-Directors – Ziggy Hill and Robyn McGarry. Having both worked at Tolcarne for a number of years, Robyn and Ziggy are a strong and committed partnership who have the capacity and knowledge to effectively lead the operation.
