Decipher Group recently placed Toni Magi in the role of General Manager – People, Capability and Safety at the Southern Institute of Technology (SIT).
The Southern Institute of Technology provides quality tertiary education and training across a wide range of subjects and qualifications, with campuses located throughout New Zealand. SIT is undergoing significant transformation with the roll out of the Reform of Vocational Education (RoVE), bringing together polytechnics and industry training organisations across Aotearoa under the parent company of Te Pūkenga (The New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology). To assist with positively supporting the organisation through this process, SIT needed to recruit a General Manager – People Capability and Safety. We are delighted to have worked alongside SIT on the appointment of Toni Magi into this role. A skilled and talented human resource professional, Toni will be bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to this critical role.
