Decipher Group partnered with the team at RHCNZ on the executive search for a Chief Digital Officer and we are pleased to announce the appointment of Shayne Hunter to the role.
Prior to this role Shayne was Deputy Director-General, Data & Digital at the Ministry of Health and prior to that was Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Capital & Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa DHBs.
Shayne has spent the last 23 years in the health and disability sector where he developed a strong a passion and track record for information and technology enabled improvements for the system and for the health outcomes for New Zealanders. Shayne started his career with IBM before leaving to establish a number of start-up business based on emerging technologies.
Shayne joined the team in July 2022.
