Formerly Ōtākaro Limited, the Crown post-quake regeneration company in Christchurch, has built a reputation as an innovative and achievement-orientated organisation having successfully delivered over $1b of capital expenditure against objectives and have made a real mark on the regeneration and betterment of Ōtautahi Christchurch.
