Ōtākaro is a Crown-owned company tasked with delivering major projects in central Christchurch – turning spaces into places for people.
To continue to support the opportunities available, Ōtākaro needed a strategic and commercially minded legal expert to join and lead an already strong executive team. Decipher Group was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work alongside the team at Ōtākaro on this critical role and we are pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Jack as General Counsel.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working integrally with the business leaders throughout Ōtākaro, Sam’s role is tasked with providing strategic commercial and corporate legal input in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risk across the organisation.
Sam joined the team in October 2022.
