Decipher Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Margot Anderson in the role of Manager People and Safety at Otago Regional Council.
A key member of the management team, the Manager People and Safety has responsibility for the development and execution of innovative, professional and strategic HR and safety initiatives.
Margot joins a values-driven, outcomes focused team at ORC, fresh from her recent role as Executive Director People, Culture and Reputation at ESTA in Victoria, Australia. As a natural leader, collaborative team player and a good thinker, Margot will be a welcome addition to Otago Regional Council.
Margot joined the team in July 2022.
