Due to exceptional growth and expansion, Link Engine Management was looking for an experienced CFO, who can contribute at a strategic level and operate in global markets to step up to join the team and help lead this exceptional New Zealand company to the next level of performance.
Decipher Group were fortunate to have the opportunity to partner with Link on the executive search and recruitment for this mission-critical role. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ben O’Grady to the role of CFO.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working alongside a cohesive, engaged and driven Global Senior Leadership Team, in his role Ben will be the key strategic, commercial and financial advisor to the CEO and Board; providing valuable advice to enable business decision making across each of the subsidiaries and enterprises.
Ben joined the team in September 2023.
