Lyttelton Port Company is the largest Port in the South Island of New Zealand – they are the gateway for the goods that keep the region moving.
Following an internal promotion, LPC needed a Chief People & Culture Officer to take a solid lead on establishing a high-performance culture that is diverse, energetic and aligned to their ways of working. This is a critical executive role that needed visible, accountable and purposeful leadership.
Decipher Group worked alongside LPC on an extensive executive search for this role, and we are delighted to announce the appointment of Lesley Fleming as Chief People & Culture Officer.
Lesley has been part of the LPC team since 2019, most recently in the role of Acting General Manager People and Safety.
