Decipher Group was fortunate to partner with the board on the recent search and appointment of a new Independent Director and we are pleased to announce Helen van Orton as the successful candidate.
Helen is an experienced professional director with broad sector expertise covering finance, insurance, telecommunications and aviation. Helen is currently an Independent Director on the board of The Co-operative Bank, HRNZ (Chair), Centrix Group, and Zeal.
Helen joined the team in December 2022.
