The newly created role of Assistant General Manager has accountability for supporting the overall delivery of the Lodge experience and its commercial performance. Supporting the General Manager and Board, the Assistant GM is responsible for leading a high performing team, implementing and managing clear performance expectations, ensuring financial budgets are met and profitability targets achieved, and to drive process and systems efficiency, and the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing at all times.
