Central Lakes Trust (CLT) – a charitable trust supporting the community by granting funds for charitable purposes throughout the Central Lakes region – is the 100% owner of Pioneer Energy Limited (PEL) – an energy company based in Alexandra, with generation and retail business and assets throughout New Zealand.
CLT and PEL are committed to developing governance capability within the region, and over time broadening and deepening the local pool of emerging directors.
Decipher Group recently partnered with CLT and PEL on the search and recruitment for their Intern Board Programme with the appointment of two intern directors who would gain direct experience and insights into governance by working alongside the Trustees and Directors for 18 months.
