Sarcha Every, co-Founder/Director of Christchurch-based executive and governance recruitment and strategic human resources consultancy Decipher Group, has recently been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Māia Health Foundation.
The Māia Health Foundation is on a mission to enhance the health experience in Canterbury – taking it from good to great. With some bold and ambitious fundraising targets, Māia has successfully delivered two vital projects for Waipapa (Christchurch Hospital Hagley) including a larger roof top helipad and clinical support unit and enhancements to the children’s facilities. The Foundation’s current focus is raising funds for an outpatient facility for child and youth mental health.
With their roots firmly based in Canterbury, Decipher Group have been delivering an array of recruitment, organisational design and human resources solutions to businesses throughout New Zealand for the last 13 years. As a founding director, Sarcha Every has worked with a diverse range of businesses and has extensive business management and recruitment experience in New Zealand and abroad. A specialist in executive and governance recruitment, Sarcha has been increasingly providing her support in a governance capacity for other businesses including as a regular guest speaker at Institute of Director (NZ) member events.
