Sarah

Sarah is an innovative thinker with creative flair that shines through in all of her mahi. An authentic relationship builder, Sarah is focussed on creating and strengthening connections and partnerships while formulating strategic solutions that deliver results.

A critical and lateral thinker, Sarah has well developed skills including strategy development, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Combined with a passionate and engaging personality, Sarah’s unwavering guiding light is the creation of impact, unlocking possibilities and seeking opportunities.

With qualifications in psychology and communications, Sarah came into recruitment with 10+ years’ experience in project management and marketing roles within the public sector, specifically while working within an economic development agency, Crown owned enterprise and iwi tribal organisation. This provides Sarah with solid experience in the public sector in terms of transforming reputations, changing behaviours and engaging with stakeholders in a meaningful and authentic way.

Sarah is values-driven and is on a continuous journey of improving her cultural competency and understanding of te ao Maori, to honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the important place that tangata whenua hold in Aotearoa.
