Julia is an experienced international Human Resources (HR) specialist and recruitment consultant, having worked in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in a variety of settings and industries.
Julia has extensive professional experience and has been trusted to partner with a number of different organisations to provide strategic and operational HR advice, guiding businesses through any people related issues that inevitably arise. This experience ranges from supporting companies to develop their corporate HR strategy, through to developing and implementing company wide performance management frameworks and leading managers through organisational design and change processes.
An outplacement specialist, Julia takes the time to really get to know her client, showing sensitivity and empathy, while supporting them through this process. Julia’s experience in the recruitment and HR sector, coupled with her knowledge of the market means she is in an extremely strong position to guide individuals while they take the next step in their career.
Julia is also an experienced recruiter and while in London worked for a specialist financial recruitment firm managing the recruitment requirements of major multinational organisations including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Blackrock. Since returning to New Zealand, Julia has continued to manage various recruitment projects for Decipher Group, working with various organisations to fill a number of executive and senior management roles.

Julia is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CPID) – an international association for human resource management professionals.
