About the opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, strategic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and elevate their national presence across the B2B landscape. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a pivotal role for someone who knows how to lead with impact, is hands-on with CRM systems (especially Hubspot), and thrives on delivering results in a product sales environment.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Business Development Executives across NZ – setting goals, tracking performance, and lifting capability.
  • Taking full ownership of the CRM – you’ll know how to manage pipelines, streamline workflows, and translate data into action.
  • Collaborating with marketing to align sales campaigns, maximise outreach, and contribute to compelling sales collateral and resources.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and driving strategies to grow revenue, expand reach, and cement the company’s reputation as an industry leader.
  • Being a go-to leader in the business for sales performance, customer relationships, and process improvement.
About you
You’ve got a solid track record in product-based sales (ideally from a wellness sector whether it be mind, body or retail) and have managed successful sales teams before – ideally within a fast-paced, customer-led environment. You’re not just about hitting numbers; you bring ideas, energy, and leadership that builds momentum.
  • Three or more years’ experience in a sales management role.
  • Confident using CRM platforms and using data to drive decisions.
  • A commercial thinker with a knack for spotting opportunities and acting fast.
  • Natural communicator who builds trust quickly and keeps teams motivated.
  • A collaborator at heart – you work well across departments.
