With continued growth Probeauty are seeking a Sales Manager with a passion for growth innovation and team development to lead their skin health distribution business.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will take accountability in leading a team of four Business Development Executives across the country driving exceptional business results. With compassion, and the strategic mindset of a true leader, you will:
- Lead, drive and motivate a high performing team of Business Development Executives, setting strategic sales objectives and KPIs while developing your team’s technical sales capability.
- Partner with the marketing team to align sales strategies with impactful campaigns as well as lending assistance in developing educational materials. Essentially, you will be the face of the business for education, B2B channels and socials!
- Take ownership over the CRM (Hubspot) to enhance sales processes, manage leads, track performance and optimise customer engagement.
- Drive growth through identification of new market opportunities, increase revenue, and position the business as an industry leader.
About you
Your proven sales leadership experience (three to five years) coupled with your strong understanding of skin science, or medical-oriented sales, makes you an ideal candidate for this opportunity. You thrive on innovation, consistently challenging the status quo to bring fresh ideas that drive sales beyond targets.
You have a natural ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, earning trust and instilling confidence from day one. By extension you are an effective communicator, able to translate complex ideas into relatable concepts.
Collaboration is second nature to you, and you work seamlessly with the wider team to achieve Probeauty’s objectives.
