About the opportunity
Step into a pivotal role where your leadership and expertise will shape the future of our practice. As our Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our non-clinical operations, while also playing a key role as a clinical treatment coordinator. You'll have the chance to make a real impact by managing diverse responsibilities—from human resources and financial oversight to IT systems and patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the practice’s financial health and growth.
  • Develop and refine office and clinical protocols to enhance practice efficiency and patient care.
  • Manage and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and data security.
  • Coordinate treatment plans, handle patient inquiries, and manage feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Oversee maintenance and security of practice facilities, keeping everything in prime condition.
About you
The successful candidate will be someone who excels in communication, financial management, and IT systems. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can lead a vibrant team and go the extra mile for patients. Your exceptional organisational skills and strategic thinking will ensure that all responsibilities are handled efficiently and that effective strategies are developed and executed to drive success.

You will bring a proven track record in practice or office management, showcasing outstanding leadership abilities. Your talent for organising and strategizing will keep operations running smoothly and ahead of the curve. You’ll have expertise in financial management, including budgeting and reporting, and proficiency in IT systems and troubleshooting. You will also take the lead in planning and managing our marketing initiatives and social media presence.

Your passion for providing top-notch patient care, resolving issues with empathy, and your knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation will help you shine in this role. Ready to make an impact? Apply today and bring your energy and expertise to our practice!
