At BWR, we’re more than accountants—we’re partners in success. Locally owned and operated since the early 1900s, we’re proud of our legacy of supporting businesses and families in Hawke’s Bay. Like the clients we serve, our roots run deep in this fantastic region, and our values of respect, trust, and service remain steadfast.
We build relationships that last generations by walking alongside clients on their unique journeys. This commitment is central to who we are and why our clients think of us as part of their extended family.
Formed in 2002 from the merger of two longstanding firms, BWR remains focused on growth—both for our clients and our team. Now, we’re seeking an Associate Director to bring fresh energy and leadership, collaborating with senior leaders, inspiring staff, and driving opportunities to achieve your own professional growth.
