We are seeking an emerging innovator and a ground breaker in the technology space to ensure that Connetics has the right technology infrastructure and, more importantly, to help Connetics to harness emerging technologies to make the company faster, more agile and efficient and to stay ahead of the curve. About the Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure and Performance and leading a motivated and developing team of technology professionals – the Technology and Digital Solutions Team; you will:
- Provide strategic leadership of a highly engaged product, technical and customer focused team;
- Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop and execute digital, automation and business partnership opportunities;
- Develop and lead the delivery of the Technology and Digital Solutions Roadmap that aligns to the overall company and group strategy and purpose of Powering a cleaner and Brighter Future;
- Ensure the “lights stay on” in terms of the company’s technology platforms, networks, systems and connectivity while looking firmly to the future needs and potential of the company in this space.

About you
To be successful as the Technology and Digital Solutions Manager, you will have a proven track-record in digital transformation and will have demonstrated the delivery of smart technologies for practical revenue generating or cost-reducing applications together with strength in operational delivery.
