About the opportunity

As a key member of the Group Services, Human Resources team  and reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Talent Acquisition Manager will contribute to the success of Pacific Radiology by developing and delivering a talent attraction and recruitment strategy that enables Pacific Radiology to secure and maintain a suitably qualified and experienced workforce to meet the current and future needs of the business; maximising Pacific Radiology’s brand strength and leveraging their Employee Value Proposition to attract candidates both nationally and internationally.  In doing this; the Talent Acquisition Manager will: 

  • Define, develop and deliver a talent attraction and recruitment strategy that reflects the current and future workforce plan
  • Drive key talent acquisition activities by providing sourcing advice and support to recruiting managers on hard to fill vacancies
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with hiring managers and the HR team to meet the overall HR strategy and business objectives
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, make sound decisions and propose change as appropriate 
  • Report on recruitment activities, identifying ‘what works’ and areas of concern, taking a continuous improvement focus and leading change where required

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a minimum of five years’ experience in sourcing technical roles and can demonstrate your experience in leveraging social media and other advertising and search channels to attract talent both nationally and internationally.  Naturally passionate about working collaboratively with others, you will be skilled in coaching and guiding others through effective recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.  Your love of problem solving combined with expertise in workforce planning and data analysis will set you apart as a true talent acquisition specialist.  People will describe you as resilient, honest and reliable and you’ll have a real willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
