About the opportunity

Reporting to the new role of Chief Commercial Officer and working collaboratively across the business, the Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of Enable’s marketing strategy based on best-in-class market intelligence; driving customer centric initiatives, community good outcomes and the achievement of financial objectives. In doing this, the Strategic Marketing Manager will: 

  • Gather global and local market intelligence and lead data analysis; developing deep insight to support new and existing strategies and initiatives that drive Enable’s community, social and financial objectives;
  • Create and champion the Enable story through advertising, brand development and the customer experience to maximise the uptake of new services, provide an optimal product mix, retain connected customers and leverage Enable’s sustainability and community positions;
  • Work closely with leaders across the business and particularly in the Commercial Team on product development and pricing approaches to ensure alignment with customer requirements and Enable’s objectives;
  • Lead the Customer Experience Manager in a way that empowers and enhances customer-centricity alongside the values of Enable. 

This vital role needs a Marketing Professional who can reach the right audience with the right content and be able to measure and report on the results. Market intelligence and data analytics are the key. Sound like you? 

 About you

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong and broad marketing foundation to your career ideally in the telecommunications, electricity or broader ICT industries. A data driven thinker and decision maker; your strengths are in market intelligence and analytics which drive deep insights to support or validate strategies. Proven experience in enhancing customer-centricity within an organisation; you will have a sound understanding of customer engagement and product/service development and be able to demonstrate your track record from both a strategy and execution perspective.
