About the opportunity
Reporting to the new role of Chief Commercial Officer and working collaboratively across the business, the Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of Enable’s marketing strategy based on best-in-class market intelligence; driving customer centric initiatives, community good outcomes and the achievement of financial objectives. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong and broad marketing foundation to your career ideally in the telecommunications, electricity or broader ICT industries. A data driven thinker and decision maker; your strengths are in market intelligence and analytics which drive deep insights to support or validate strategies. Proven experience in enhancing customer-centricity within an organisation; you will have a sound understanding of customer engagement and product/service development and be able to demonstrate your track record from both a strategy and execution perspective.
A strong communicator with a collaborative approach, you enjoy working alongside your colleagues, providing support and drawing on the ideas and insights of others to formulate strategies and plans.
