About the opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager Product and leading the marketing team, you will be responsible for Landpower’s overall digital marketing strategy, from creation to execution. Core to this role, is taking ownership of the CRM system (iDeal) through planning and delivering digital strategies to ensure customer retention and customer loyalty. To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital strategies within complex, commercial organisations. With strong strategy, insight, research and analytical skills, you will have broad knowledge of all things digital - CRM, integrations, CMS, CX and analytics.
An exceptional communicator with the ability to engage across an organisation and with external stakeholders; you will be able to demonstrate your ability to positively influence outcomes and drive results. Pragmatic and down to earth; people will describe you as a leader and a collaborator – always the person to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
