Landpower is building its culture around its customers and is embarking on an exciting journey of embedding the customer at the core of business decisions. As the Senior Customer and Marketing Manager, you will play a critical part in this transformative journey.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager Product and leading the marketing team, you will be responsible for Landpower’s overall digital marketing strategy, from creation to execution. Core to this role, is taking ownership of the CRM system (iDeal) through planning and delivering digital strategies to ensure customer retention and customer loyalty. In doing this, the Senior Customer and Marketing Manager will:   

  • Develop a digital strategy that aligns with the overall group strategy and create a roadmap for implementation.
  • Work collaboratively across the group and other key stakeholders to understand the business units and how digital strategies can work to benefit the group as a whole.
  • Create a deep understanding of the customer journey and ensure closer engagement and communication with customers to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Lead marketing strategies with an unrelenting focus on building brand awareness. 
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of strategies to utilise data accessed by the business through its operations.   

This is both a strategic and operational role that combines a strong understanding of the digital marketing space with superior communication and influencing capability. Interested?

About you

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital strategies within complex, commercial organisations. With strong strategy, insight, research and analytical skills, you will have broad knowledge of all things digital - CRM, integrations, CMS, CX and analytics.

An exceptional communicator with the ability to engage across an organisation and with external stakeholders; you will be able to demonstrate your ability to positively influence outcomes and drive results. Pragmatic and down to earth; people will describe you as a leader and a collaborator – always the person to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
