As part of our outstanding consulting team, you will take ownership for the experience that our clients have with Decipher Group through the delivery of our consulting services. You will develop and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of new and existing clients: leveraging your networks, creating deep connections, understanding business needs, uncovering opportunities, and converting these opportunities into solutions that Decipher Group can provide – either by you, or one of our very capable team members, each with specialist experience in their field. 

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience working alongside senior executives or managers in a commercial context. Ideally you are a seasoned Recruiter with a proven history of providing solutions and talent to your clients.  If not, you most likely will have a professional services, project management, or strategic business development/account management background where you have taken accountability for developing and actively managing valuable and profitable client relationships.  

A strong, confident, and effective communicator; you will enjoy uncovering the needs and motivations of people and finding solutions. Highly organised, detail conscious and structured in your approach to work, you will thrive in an environment where you can take accountability for a portfolio of clients and deliver successful business outcomes.
