Hallmark Group continues to break new ground now offering two new decorative products, PureMatteTM & DecoFormeTM, to complement their already successful commercial and residential Hallmark doors.  These progressive products provide distinctiveness to the Hallmark Group business so they’re looking for an agile Marketing Manager who has design flair to propel their strategic marketing plan.  Do you have the x-factor?

Reporting to the Development Director, the Marketing Manager works to provide a broad range of marketing services. Notably, the Marketing Manager will support the Development Director in the development and implementation of the annual strategic and operational marketing plan and will take accountability for delivery of the plan as it relates to:

  • Web design
  • SEO
  • Brand management
  • Competitor & global trend analyses
  • Events
  • Social media
  • App development
  • E-commerce
  • CRM driven marketing campaigns

Alongside the marketing plan the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and managing the delivery of a marketing budget. This is a key role in driving and supporting business performance across all areas and requires the development of strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders; including Architects & Designers. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • an agile and innovative approach to marketing
  • the drive to remain current with the latest product and technology trends and create marketing strategies to capitalise on these
  • experience in a role with broad marketing, communications and brand management responsibilities
  • experience in the digital marketing and e-commerce space coupled with exposure to creating successful campaigns using CRM tools
  • the ability to prepare compelling communications that deliver on business objectives
  • exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus
  • the ability to think laterally and be prepared to change direction at a moments notice
  • a confident and influential presentation style
  • an entrepreneurial approach and lots of passion and enthusiasm to deliver great business results
  • a relevant tertiary qualification and proven capability in a commercial marketing role
