Ōtākaro Limited takes a vital leadership role in the regeneration of Christchurch. Funded by the Crown, Ōtākaro is a commercially-focussed company charged with overseeing the delivery of key central city projects – both vertical and horizontal – and the divestment of specific Crown assets. Recent changes have resulted in the need for an experienced ITS Service and Delivery Manager to work part time and contract manage our outsourced services providers.
About the Opportunity
The ITS Service Delivery Manager will report to the CFO, operate alongside our outsourced services providers, and will work closely with all internal teams within Ōtākaro. Through these relationships, the core focus of the ITS Service Delivery Manager will be to effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of Ōtākaro’s information and technology services and continuously work with the business to enable initiatives.
Responsible for managing AoG and commercial service agreements, the ITS Service Delivery Manager will manage those key relationships and ensure that the IT environment is maintained appropriately for all internal customers at Ōtākaro. Specifically, this role will:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold a relevant IT&S qualification and/or a Computer Science Degree together with three to four years contract management experience in the IT space. You will have significant understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 and have solid technical experience with diverse IT systems.
This is a role that will suit a driven individual who has the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and changing work environment; someone who can work autonomously and with discretion, while being proactive and approachable in providing IT support. Is this you?
