About the opportunity
Reporting to the new role of Chief Commercial Officer and leading a capable team, the Head of Sales takes accountability, through leadership, for driving and influencing the connectivity decisions of our community through the Retail Service Providers; ensuring Enable Fibre is the connection of choice. In doing this, the Head of Sales will:

  • Build outstanding relationships at all levels within the Retail Service Providers’ businesses;
  • Lead the Door to Door sales channel to ensure Enable Fibre is at the front of mind of the end user when making connection decisions;
  • Contribute to commercial thought leadership; bringing innovative ideas, backed by analytics and evidence that will generate business growth and improve the customer experience;
  • Gather and share vital information that will inform and contribute to new Enable products and services that will enhance achievement of overall objectives.

This is a role for a talented Sales Leader who brings discipline to the process, innovation and new thinking to the way Enable operates and provides it’s service and understands that through collaboration, Enable will be better placed to achieve it’s objectives. Interested?

About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally – but not necessarily - have a background in the telecommunications industry and you will bring a proven skill set in strategic relationship and account management together with sound sales leadership capability. A courageous thought-leader with exceptional communication skill; you will be able to demonstrate how you have successfully broadened and improved the customer experience and driven profitability through leadership and on your own account. Collaborative, engaging and committed, you will thrive in an environment where you work closely with your colleagues and team to create great customer outcomes.
