From cot blankets, to our exclusive collections made from high quality textiles and uniquely designed fabrics.

Each piece is designed uniquely by us with our customers in mind and carefully considered to ensure our designs are not just exquisite, but our quality is outstanding and perfect for the little ones.

Our garments are crafted with the loving hands of our team in India & China during our ethical production process ensuring all organic cotton is GOTS certified. Garments are coloured with Oeko certified dyes and arrive to our customers door safe & ready to be loved.

As a result of our organisation’s successful year on year exponential growth, we have now identified the need to introduce a newly established Digital Marketing Manager role to fill our company’s evolving digital needs.

About the opportunity

Reporting directly to the Founder/Director, our Digital Marketing Manager will play an integral role in supporting our growth trajectory across current and emerging domestic and international markets.  As a custodian of our brand and product, although this is a newly establish position, this role provides integral horsepower behind the execution of our strategy, content messaging and campaign stories.  Our customer experience and delivery proposition are of utmost importance to us and key to this role is understanding this proposition and ensuring we continue to land the digital experience with our loyal followers.

Building on already well-established relationships (internally and externally), this role will continue to nurture these to deliver:

  • The Jamie Kay digital strategy by contributing insights around market conditions, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
  • Commercial outcomes using a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing strategy 
  • Insightful reporting, from an operational perspective through to board level to assist with key decision making and achievement of our strategy
  • On brand messaging that lands in line with our tone and image and resonates across all our digital assets with our customers. 
  • Evolutions of our brand by looking for new ways to tell our story to continue to delight our loyal customer base and attract new customers
  • Full ownership of our digital channels including messaging and how we respond to our customers

This pivotal role needs a talented and future focused thinker to support the execution of company-wide commercial objectives.  Because you have the opportunity to work alongside our Founder/Director, this role gives you an exceptional opportunity to deliver straight from the coal face in a business that has been built from the ground up across social media. 

About you

Success comes from your ability to understand how agile and dynamic this business can be.  A small team on the surface does not reflect the pace of our business and what lies beneath.  We need someone who is just as passionate about our brand as we are and someone who can truly grow and nurture our social media following. 

You will be a highly skilled digital marketer with proven capability in digital marketing strategy development and execution at both a domestic and international level.  Because we have big plans for growth, your experience is grounded in ecommerce and utilisation of social media platforms, however you have a strong commercial hat to deliver both operationally and strategically. You won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up and muck in but you will also appreciate the importance of strategy execution and the role you play in this and our success. 

You will have a proactive style that sees you easily engage, support, and collaborate with people/teams to get the job done, and will feel empowered to work autonomously. Your reputation and evident passion and knowledge of the evolving digital world will see you in good stead for this role. We want someone who gets our business and our brand and can subsequently deliver our digital, marketing, and commercial objectives.
