Ngāi Tahu Seafood is a niche supplier of the highest quality seafood to international and domestic markets under its TAHU brand, with facilities in Christchurch, Bluff and Kaikōura. To continue to deliver this exceptional quality product, Ngāi Tahu Seafood is looking for an outstanding Plant Manager to lead our Christchurch export Plant.
Based in Christchurch and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Plant Manager manages the day to day activities of the Plant, ensuring its resources are optimally utilised and that quality and process best practice is achieved across all functions of the operation. In doing this, the Plant Manager will lead, develop and motivate a high performing team to continue to enhance operational effectiveness and the efficient processing of quality seafood.
To be successful as the Christchurch Plant Manager; you will ideally have:
