About the opportunity

Reporting to the new role of Chief Commercial Officer and working collaboratively across the business, the Business Growth Manager takes accountability for developing and executing strategies that drive our purpose and revenue growth. In doing this, the Business Growth Manager will: 

• Work alongside colleagues in the Commercial Team to challenge the status quo, innovate and create new possibilities for the future: What else can we do?
• Drive revenue growth through commercially sensible investment in expanding market share of customer base and increased revenue;
• Build and actively manage sustainable partnerships and relationships within the market, the community, local government and across the regional economy for the purpose of driving and achieving Enable’s strategic objectives and creating new market opportunities;
• Support the development of and then execute product strategies collaborating across the business; aligning to strategic objectives and market / customer insights;
• Contribute to thinking around pricing strategy alongside the Strategic Marketing Manager.
• Gather and share vital information that will inform and contribute to new products and services that will enhance achievement of overall objectives.
