Following a change in financial leadership, TDX were looking for a talented CFO to join the team and help lead this exceptional local company to the next level of performance.
Decipher Group were appointed to lead the executive search for this critical senior leadership role which reports to the Chief Executive Officer. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Sergel to the role.
An experienced CFO within the machinery sector, Victoria has a real depth and breadth of financial, commercial and strategic capability. And will no doubt lead change at a pace that allows this business to continue to thrive.
