Decipher Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Teresa Callow to the role of GM People & Culture at The New Zealand Merino Company.
The New Zealand Merino Company (NZM) is an integrated sales, marketing and innovation company made up of an ambitious team of purpose-driven trailblazers, on a mission to position Aotearoa New Zealand as an exemplar environmentally, socially, and economically through the exploration of regenerative practices, mindset, and ethos.
NZM was on the hunt for a curious and innovative senior HR leader, unafraid of change and challenge, whose expertise is supported by an approach that is positive, collaborative and adaptable. Decipher Group was fortunate to have the opportunity to partner with NZM on the search and recruitment process for this role and are delighted to have been part of Teresa’s appointment. With an impressive 20+ year career, Teresa is a natural leader and collaborative team player, who is purpose-led and performance focused.
