Christchurch City Council (CCC) is one of the city’s largest businesses and the second-largest employer in the South Island, providing services and facilities to more than 380,000 residents, plus visitors – from waste collection and recycling, to cycleways, libraries, sports and recreation, facilities and events – and a lot in between.
Decipher Group recently partnered with CCC who were on the hunt for a Learning and Development Delivery Manager to oversee all aspects of training, quality and resource planning for their Citizen and Customer Services team, recognised as the ‘face and the voice’ of the Council. This is a pivotal role in Council’s newly embedded structure, responsible for driving customer excellence at Christchurch City Council.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Patterson to the role of Learning and Development Delivery Manager. An accomplished L&D leader with a background in customer service roles, Claire’s experience includes roles with ToitūTe Whenua Land Information New Zealand, QANTAS and Westpac.
Claire joined the team in July 2022.
