Established in 1972 Hilton Haulage is New Zealand’s most trusted transport and logistics provider, operating across 17 locations nationwide, with 500 kaimahi (employees) and 240+ trucks.
Hilton’s core values of people, safety, customer, and future are the fabric of their culture. To continue to met their strategic imperatives, Hilton Haulage needed a General Manager People and Culture to provide leadership in all people practices and employee engagement. This was a critical role and key member of the senior leadership team.
Following an executive search process, Decipher Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Hawes to the role of GM People and Culture. Catherine has a career leading people and culture functions at senior level, including roles at Bargain Chemist, Westland Milk Products, Asahi Beverages, and Vodafone.
Catherine joined the team in June 2022.
