Decipher Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Toni Rowell as Chief Financial Officer at Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL).
CCHL is the wholly owned investment arm of the Christchurch City Council and currently holds shares in six trading companies. These trading companies own and run some of the key infrastructure of Christchurch, including electricity and broadband delivery, the port, the airport, facilities and infrastructure maintenance, water management, waste processing and recycling facilities – all of which are critical to the regional economy.
CCHL needed a talented and broadly skilled CFO to join their team, someone with the experience and capability to manage investment performance reporting and monitoring together with managing a range of stakeholder relationships.
Decipher Group worked in partnership with the CCHL board and CEO in an extensive executive search process for this critical role. Toni is a seasoned finance leader with broad sector exposure gained from roles in New Zealand and the UK. Toni is a collaborative leader who has the confidence and capability to succeed as CFO of this impactful organisation.
Toni joined the team in June 2021.
