Tourplan recently recruited for an HR Manager to be based in their Christchurch operation. This was a newly established, sole-charge role responsible for overseeing the team of 36 based in Christchurch. With a wide level of professional diversity, Tourplan prides itself on its people focus and staff retention. A leader in their field, and operating within a dynamic industry, they are well-resourced and structured. They required a dynamic generalist HR leader to hit the ground running.
