Decipher Group recently partnered with Southern Cross Christchurch Hospital in the executive search and recruitment for their next General Manager, a role dedicated to driving and embedding the change needed to achieve their potential as the provider of choice when it comes to delivering healthcare for New Zealanders.
Following a robust and extensive search process, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Nicole Forster to the role of General Manager.
Nicole brings a breadth of commercial and leadership experience, most recently at Ryman Healthcare. During her 10 years at Ryman, Nicole led several years of record-breaking Net Promoter Scores (engagement) and established the Ryman Academy to support leadership development. Her strong roots in healthcare also include past roles as General Manager at a nursing agency bureau and as a First Responder with Hato Hone St John.
Southern Cross Healthcare Chief Operations Officer Mark Stewart said Nicole’s appointment as General Manager will help drive the hospital’s commitment to the best possible healthcare in Christchurch.
